Si bien la relación comercial entre Supercar y Empresa Línea 216 no fue fluida, se legaron a carrozar coches hasta en 4 versiones distintas: Dos frontales, una sobre el chasis OC 1214 y otra sobre el OF 1214, y dos sobre 1114. Este de modelo 1980 y su sucesor de 1986/1987, que traía sobre el final del coche ese sobre techo como si poseyera aire acondicionado.

Dentro de todo, la más joven de Lomas. Transporte Nuevo Olimpo era su anterior "prestataria" por así decirlo, ya que era "medio trucha". En el 2007, junto a la 533, fueron llamadas a licitación. Empresa José María Ezeiza, propiedad del Expreso Esteban Echeverría se hizo cargo. Tiene 4 ramales que salen desde el Puente La Noria y recorren la zona de Olimpo y los fondos de la Universidad de Lomas de Zamora. La flota es de 33 coches, la mayoría de motor delantero, aunque actualmente circulan 2 OA101 y un Tatsa D10.5 súper bajo, que tiene pasado en la línea 518 de Ezeiza.
